The Scottish Traditional Boat Festival in Portsoy in July offers visitors a superb
array of maritime history and heritage, traditional arts and crafts and a delicious
The University of Aberdeen Writers Festival held annually in the beautiful surroundings
of Old Aberdeen in May, with a mix of literary, musical and art attractions.
Agricultural shows such as Turrif and Keith are well worth a visit, both shows are
well attended and offer a super fun packed day for all the family.
Finally, throughout the year there are a series of farmers markets that can be found
